       What is it Mobile Banking:
v     Mobile Banking is a Banking process without bank branch which provides financial services to unbaked.
v     Communities efficiently and at affordable cost. To provide banking and financial services, such as cash-in,
v     Cash-in, cash out, merchant payment, utility payment, salary disbursement, foreign remittance, government
v     Allowance disbursement, ATM money withdrawal through mobile technology devices, i.e. Mobile Phone.
v      This is called is called Mobile Banking

       Who can get the most facilities?
v      The people who are residing sub-urban & rural area,where there is no banking facilities.

      Who can open a mobile Mobile Banking account:
v      Any Bangladeshi sound citizen.
v      They have to use any mobile operator (like:GP,ROBI,AIRTEL,CITYCELL, Banglalink,TELETALK).
v      Customer will have to fill up KYC form which will be provided by authorized agent.
v      Customer needs to show his/ her photograph & National ID (NID).

       Where to register?

Ø      Customer can register at any authorized agent point of DBBL –
Ø      At present these are the retailers of Citycell airtel & Banglalink sundorbon corrier service & union information service (UISC) throughout the country who can display ‘DBBL Agent Certificate’ and ‘
       DBBL Mobile Banking Banner.

Account opening charge & Registration:
1. Account opening charge only 100 tk.
2.Customer can deposit money instantly after opening the account.
3.Customer can withdraw money after successfull registration.
4.Successful registration time 1-2 working days,customer will get a welcome SMS.

Balance inquire
*Only Banglalink & Citycell user can get some special facilities;
1. Banglalink user dail *322# than customer will get prompt menu.
2. Citycell & airtel user send to 16216 blank sms than customer will get prompt menu.
3.others operator call 16216
   Like :Balance inquary,Fund transfer, Bill payment, Mobile top-up,PIN change.

  7. Fake system. I lost 4 thousand tk 4 month ago. Today again lost 2 thousand where I can't contact customer supporter 16216. Time killed 5 hour, continuously I am trying to talk with customer supporter. DBBL is totally haramjada.

  8. Chodaita parena abar 10 var sajao taina? Manusher tk ki dorkar sheta tora bujhishna and bolsih amader call toder kasa mohamulloban. Shuyorer bassara akbar tk totally haraisi akhon abar haraite boshesi.

  10. DBBL mobile banking service charges is much more than all other services provider. They are imposing cash in charge 1 percent or minimum taka 10 which ever higher and simultaneously cash out charge is 2 percent or minimum taka 10 whichever is higher. They also charge transfer fee taka 10. Bkash is comparatively cheaper. There is no cash in charge. Cash out charge is only 1.8 percent and transfer fee is only taka 2 each.

  16. DBBL mobile banking Account number এর শেষে একটি এক্সট্রা ডিজিট যোগ করার কারন কি ! শেষ ডিজিট/কোডটা ব্যবহারকারী ভুলে গেলে তাৎক্ষনিকভাবে জানানোর সিস্টেম যদি আপনাদের না থাকে, তাহলে এতো ঢাকঢোল পিটিয়ে নিজেদের শ্রেষ্ঠ প্রমানের চেষ্টা থেকে বিরত থাকুন !
    I m totally fed up with this DBBL Mobile Banking. I forgot the last digit of my account, then called 16216..but nobody responsed, there may b no other way to know my account number ! What a shame for this big Bank Company and it's system ! >:(
