Most issues can be resolved quickly and easily by simply speaking with our Customer Service Executives at the Branches or the 24-hour Contact Centre. If the issue cannot be solved on the spot, you'll be given a Reference Number as an acknowledgement and informed of a timeline for resolution.
If your concern has not been resolved to your satisfaction, you can also ask to speak to a Senior Officer present at that Branch or at the Contact Centre.

How long will a resolution take?
We aim to resolve your concern within the shortest possible time-frame. If we are unable to do so, we shall immediately provide you with a Reference Number and get back to you within 5 business days.
In exceptional circumstances where your concern is particularly complex, the resolution may take longer. We shall keep you informed until your concern has been resolved.
Not happy with our resolution to your concern?
If you are not entirely satisfied with the response received from our staff at the Branch or the 24-hour Contact Centre, please do write to our Service Quality Unit using the Reference Number provided to you earlier. When writing to us, please also mention your full account number with details of your concern and a telephone number where you can be reached.
Our Service Quality team is specially trained and empowered to objectively investigate into your concern and provide a fair and reasonable outcome.
